Creation

Over the past year or so I’ve been leaning into my desire to step into the role of creator / director / choreographer. In June 2023 I completed my first choreographic residency at New Expressive Works (Portland, OR) during which I created “home is far away inside me, right here” — a 20-minute solo work about my relationship with my first home, Florida.

I’m actively seeking more opportunities to choreograph and create. I’m currently interested in creating ensemble work on performers. I’m also available for assistant direction, movement direction, and consulting for projects instigated by other artists.

There are worlds inside and beyond me I’m longing to realize!
